Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used jars of Didine's Spices, for food safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a broken tamper seal, please contact us at marufdo@yahoo.com or rufine519@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
